The first series of art installation are the office buildings from my initial years of practice in architecture where I managed to implement basic concepts like courtyards, water as micro climate generates. Wind, light shelves, golden proportion, ghats of Banaras, terraces, verandah etc. to make the projects green and sustainable in the true sense. These buildings have received the prestigious Platinum, Gold rating from USGBC. The paintings have one of the sustainable features highlighted in each. Together all the five collectively show the sustainable concepts followed in each project. Sun and Child are the common features in each of my works. Sun being the source of energy and child represents the future for which we need to act now; are subtly present through all works in the exhibition.
